Deacons Boatyard was first established in 1922 and is part of the Fuller Group, a marine property based company.

Situated on a sheltered bank on the western side of the Hamble River, Deacons has 130 berths afloat, hardstanding space and a crane capable of lifting boats up to 16 tons and 45 feet in length.

Boat maintenance and all lifting services are carried out by our experienced team.

Every major marine service the boat owner is likely to need is available on site, whether it be an engine service, repair to sprayhood, new rigging etc. For a list of the marine services on-site click here.

Aladdin's Cave located in the main service building beneath Deacons offices is one of the largest chandleries on the south coast with a huge inventory and knowledgeable staff.

As well as being a full service facility, Deacons offers a tranquil base to berth your boat being well protected from the prevailing south westerly winds. There are amenities close by including some good restaurants and pubs in very close proximity.

Located just 5 minutes from the M27 and close to Bursledon rail station, Deacons is easily accessible from London and the home counties enabling you to spend less time travelling and more time on the water.
